Meet Nathan Shafferman | Founder

Nathan Shafferman, founder and senior assessor of CRUX, has built his career on precision, endurance, and adaptability. From conducting equity level property condition assessments on high rises to managing environmental testing at international airports, he’s earned a reputation for delivering clear answers under tight deadlines.

Outside of work, Nathan is a dad to four awesome kids and husband to his college sweetheart. When he isn't wrangling the kiddos he enjoys all things endurance— a triathlete, rock climber and ultra trail marathon runner — who brings the same drive and persistence to his clients’ projects as he does to the mountains and trails.
