Meet Nathan Shafferman

Nathan Shafferman, founder and senior assessor of CRUX, has built his career on precision, endurance, and adaptability. From conducting equity-level property condition assessments on high-rises to managing environmental testing at international airports, he’s earned a reputation for delivering clear answers under tight deadlines.

Outside of work, Nathan is a husband to his college sweetheart and a dad to four awesome kids. When he isn’t wrangling the kiddos, he’s chasing endurance goals as a triathlete, rock climber and ultra trail runner, and he brings the same drive and persistence to his clients’ projects that he brings to the mountains and trails.
