WHAT WE DO
Core Services
Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
ASTM E1527-21 Phase I ESAs, with Phase II investigations when needed, that identify contamination risk before you buy or lend on industrial, retail, multifamily and aerospace properties.
Property Condition Assessments
ASTM E2018-24 PCAs that document physical condition and forecast capital needs, from 31-story office towers to luxury resorts and historic buildings.

“We’ve worked with Nathan on several projects across the Treasure Valley. His clear communication, timely delivery, and thorough analysis of project conditions have been invaluable in helping us assess risks and meet closing deadlines.”
Nick A.
Yellow Iron Real Estate
“Nathan dug around in the basement, climbed the steeple, and captured drone footage of the exterior. He checked all the equipment, asked important questions, and helped us find the answers. We now have a complete picture of the present facilities and a plan for the future as well.”
Rob Thornton
Facilities Director, Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist
“His clear communication style, attention to detail, and sense of urgency while handling our projects has been invaluable. In fact, Nathan is the primary reason that we have continued to use his company as our primary engineering services provider.”
